Earnst Wedding Slideshow | Edmonton Wedding Photographers

On August 8th, 2015 Thomas and Agnes decided there was no time like today to tie the knot and become part of the same family. It was awesome. I was part of the wedding as usual being my awesome self taking photos. And holy crap did I get some beautiful photos of this couple and their big day! Like look at this slideshow and tell me it doesn’t make you cry when you see the bride tearing up during the vows? (If it doesn’t you are either heartless or your tear glands have dried up, Joking!)

Prior to this wedding I had a chat with my girlfriend where I had no idea where our relationship was going. After this wedding, I knew what I wanted. I know what you are thinking but it wasn’t that! I realized I loved photographing exactly these kinds of weddings: small, intimate, out in the nature, with a couple that has love so deep that every photo I took portrayed it in some form or another.

As humans we have a tendency to sit and watch things happen. Now I am not a videographer but I sure know how to put together a wicked slideshow. Here is one! for you to watch!

On 29th August 2015, Rita and Darlene became one family! They got married. And it was a beautiful ceremony! Here are some of the photos from yesterday! We were so glad to be a part of their big day!

Reception Slideshow

None of our weddings would be complete if we did not do a same day wedding slideshow for our clients. This slideshow is made from the images taken during the ceremony and formals and presented on the day of the Wedding to the couple during the reception. It allows the beautiful couple, family and friends to enjoy some of the best photographs in a classic black and white theme while the photos are getting edited.

The story of Van & Christina:

Van who is currently a PHD student at the University of Alberta met Chrisitine at the UofA during his masters. Having met they become friends and fast forward 5 years and they were married. They currently have a baby daughter together that is as cute as the two of them combined! Rita and Darlene’s Engagement Session at William Hawerlak Park, Edmonton, AB

So let me get this out of the way: this couple is quite something! They were onboard with the idea of a vintage themed picnic styled engagement session. How many times do you even get to see that?

During our initial consultation, we decided we wanted to do the engagement session at the William Hawerlak Park near the river valley in Edmonton. When I suggested to Rita & Darlene that we do a themed session they were totally on board with it! I am so glad we had the chance to photograph this unique couple in such a unique fashion!

To complete the aura, Rita & Darlene actually brought a picnic basket, a wine bottle (although we didn’t drink since that would be illegal in public :p), and one of her favorite books to the session. I thought the best part was the shared Coca Cola bottle that Rita & Darlene drank from! That was so cute to photograph.

Following the engagement session we set up a viewing session for the couple where they had a chance to view their engagement session photos and select the ones they wanted for their wall prints and albums.

This is what we set out to do for Jean and Ornella as we took photos for their engagement session! These portraits were taken at Victoria Park in Edmonton, Alberta. We loved their ingenuity and easy laughter! It was an absolute please working with them and our clients thought the same of us, you can check out the video below!

Jean & Ornella’s wedding will be held next month and we are equally excited to photograph them there!

Ezior Farone park overlooks the beautiful Saskatchewan River in Edmonton, AB. The couple chose this location based on recommendations we provided. They wanted a location that combined both the urban and natural elements of the city.

They say love is limitless! We believe it is since we get to experience it everyday! This is our job! Capture love in a photo that goes beyond years to come!
